These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mega Ride rider app, the Mega Ride driver app, and www.megarideusa.com (the "Services"), operated by Mega Ride LLC, a Mega Tickets USA company ("Mega Ride," "we," "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Mega Ride is a premium ground-transportation service. Through the app you can request chauffeured rides (airport transfers, private aviation, cruise port, point-to-point, hourly, corporate and event transportation). Reservations are reviewed and confirmed by our dispatch team, who assign a professional chauffeur.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Rider: Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete account; Driver: More → Delete account).
3. Reservations & cancellations
Submitting a reservation creates a request; it is confirmed once dispatch accepts it. Changes or cancellations should be made as early as possible by contacting dispatch. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee per the rate quoted at booking.
4. Fares & payment
No card is required to reserve a ride. Your fare is confirmed by our dispatch team after you book and is settled with your chauffeur on board or by invoice. If in-app card payment is enabled in the future, the applicable fare and terms will be shown before you save a card.
Quoted fares may vary with route changes, wait time, additional stops, tolls, or special requests. You agree to pay the confirmed fare for services rendered.
5. Driver terms
Chauffeurs and applicants using the driver app agree to provide accurate onboarding information, maintain valid licensing and insurance, and follow our service standards and applicable law. Approval to drive is at our discretion. Drivers operate as independent professionals, not employees, except where required otherwise by law.
6. Acceptable use
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and as intended.
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
- Treat chauffeurs, riders and staff with respect; unsafe or abusive conduct may result in suspension.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mega Ride is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
