Booking a ride
Open the Mega Ride app, choose a service type and vehicle, enter your pickup and drop-off, date and time, then confirm. Dispatch reviews and confirms your reservation and assigns a chauffeur.
Payment
No card is required to reserve. Your fare is confirmed by dispatch and settled on board or by invoice. For corporate or monthly billing, call dispatch.
Managing your account
Edit your profile, saved places and preferences in the app. You can delete your account at any time — Rider app: Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete account; Driver app: More → Delete account.
Driving with Mega Ride
