Rides are run by licensed, insured local operators. Each one sends its permit and certificate of insurance and is reviewed before it takes a ride.
Confirmed or refunded
Dispatch confirms a vetted operator for your date. If no operator can take the ride, the booking is refunded in full.

Rides in the United States are priced and booked on the booking page, the same way as a ride in Austin.
International, on request

Is the price the same as in Austin?
Rides in the United States are priced from the route on the booking page, and dispatch confirms the final fare before the ride. International trips are quoted by dispatch.
Do you cover cities that are not listed here?
