3. The chauffeur is in position. Your chauffeur is assigned and ready for the arrival, and the fare is settled on board or by invoice.

Can an assistant book on behalf of the passenger?
Yes. Send the passenger's name and contact with the itinerary, and dispatch confirms the details with whoever made the booking.
Can the chauffeur stay with us for the day?
Yes. Book hourly service and the chauffeur and vehicle stay at your disposal for the itinerary you set.
Can you move an entourage or crew?
Yes. Sprinters seat up to 11 or 14 passengers, and larger parties can be moved in a coordinated convoy of several vehicles.
