Pricing, in the open

What limo dispatch software
actually costs in 2026.

One platform in this category publishes a branded passenger app at $499 a month, plus a $1,000 setup fee, on top of its plan. Our whole price is $99 a month, and the passenger app, the chauffeur app, the booking website and the dispatch console are all inside it. Below is every published price we could read, with its source and the date we read it, including the parts that favour them.

No credit card. No setup fee. Cancel whenever.

01 · The dial

Your best month should not be
your most expensive month.

Let us clear one thing up first, because it is the myth this page could have told and did not: the serious platforms in this category do not charge you per car. Limo Anywhere, Moovs, Kymark, Limo Captain and LimoFlow all publish unlimited vehicles. If a page tells you otherwise, close it.

What they meter is work. Trips, rides, bookings, inquiries. Moovs publishes its Standard plan at up to 150 rides a month. Limo Anywhere includes 500 trips on CORE and then bills $0.50 for each one after, and its own slider runs that plan from $99 at the 150-trip bracket to $1,210 at 15,000. LimoFlow meters bookings and inquiries from 125 a month. DrivOQ states plainly that new bookings pause at the limit until the next month or an upgrade.

In fairness: Kymark’s tiers are described without a hard cutoff, and Moovs says in so many words that it does not charge per trip. The dial is not every vendor and it is not every plan. But when it exists, it bills you for the thing you are trying to grow.

02 · The board

Published prices, as the vendors print them.

Every figure above is taken from each vendor’s own public pricing page, read on 15 October 2026. Prices change and plans get renamed, so check theirs before you decide anything, and tell us if we have one wrong. Blank cells mean the vendor does not publish that line, not that the feature is missing.

Two things on that board are in their favour, and we are printing them anyway.

Limo Anywhere publishes unlimited users, unlimited drivers and unlimited vehicles on all three of its tiers. Moovs publishes unlimited vehicles and unlimited drivers on Standard and Pro. Neither of them charges you per car.

And Moovs is explicit that it takes no commission on your bookings: in their own words, a flat monthly subscription regardless of how many trips you run. On the question of taking a cut of your fares, they are on the same side of the line we are.

03 · The tell

The app with your name on it
is the most expensive line on the board.

Ask any operator what they actually want from software and the answer is rarely a feature. It is an app in the App Store with their company’s name on it, that their customers download and keep. It is the one thing that makes a six-car operation look like a brand.

It is also the line item the category charges the most for. Moovs prices a branded passenger app as an add-on at $499 a month plus a $1,000 setup fee, on top of the plan price, on every tier including Enterprise. Limo Anywhere sells its passenger app at $199 once plus $99 a month on its two lower tiers, and describes it, in its own words, as “A Progressive Web App”.

There is a second question nobody puts a price on, and it is the one that matters on the day you leave: whose developer account is that app published under? You do not have to take our word for any of this. Open the App Store, find the driver app your chauffeurs use, and scroll to the seller line. On 15 October 2026 the Moovs driver app listed its seller as Swoop LLC. Do the same for whatever you run today.

This is not an accusation about anybody’s contract, which we have not read. It is a thirty-second check you can run yourself, and it tells you something no feature list will: when the listing belongs to the vendor, the installs, the ratings and the customers who downloaded it stay with the vendor.

On Mega Ride the branded passenger app and the chauffeur app are included in the $99, and they are real App Store builds, not a web page saved to a home screen.

04 · Your number

Do the math with your own bill.

We are not going to guess what you pay. Put in the real numbers from your last invoice and see the year side by side. Nothing is sent anywhere; this runs in your browser.

What you pay today, per year—
Mega Ride, per year, everything included$1,188
What stays in your business—

Mega Ride is $99 a month, or $990 paid yearly, with unlimited rides, unlimited vehicles and unlimited chauffeurs, the branded passenger and chauffeur apps included, and no setup fee. The figure above uses the monthly price, so paying yearly saves another $198.

05 · Straight talk

When you should not switch to us.

A comparison page that finds its author best at everything is worth nothing, so here is the honest version.

If a real share of your work arrives through an affiliate network such as LA Net, GNet or GroundSpan, do not move that part of your business to us yet. The established platforms spent years building operator-to-operator connectivity, and an operator who takes a third of their trips from affiliates in other cities has a real reason to keep that line open. We are not going to pretend we can replace it this quarter.

If you need a specific accounting or telematics integration today, ask us before you move, not after. The answer will sometimes be no, and you deserve to hear it while it is still cheap to hear.

If you buy software by counting reviews, we are the wrong choice right now. We are new and we do not have a decade of public ratings. What we have instead is that we run chauffeur service ourselves, on this software, every day, and that the price on this page is the whole price.

06 · Moving

Don’t switch. Run both.

Nobody stays on software they dislike because they like it. They stay because moving in the middle of a live operation is frightening, and because the money already spent feels like a reason. Both of those deserve a straight answer rather than a sales line.

The setup fee you already paid is gone either way. It bought you the months you already used. It does not buy next year, and it is not a reason to pay a bill you do not want. We do not charge one, so there is nothing to sink here.

You do not cut over in one night, and you should not try. Open the free trial, build your rates and your fleet in it, and run it beside what you have while the bookings already on your calendar play out. Cancel nothing until your dispatcher tells you the board is faster here. Worth knowing: one platform publishes a thirty-day parallel run only on its $999 a month tier. Ours costs nothing because it is just the trial, used honestly.

Your rates are the real work, not your history. Rebuilding hourly, distance, zone and airport rates is the part that takes an afternoon of care. Tell us what you run today and we will sit on the call while you set them, because a wrong rate is a wrong invoice for a year.

Your chauffeurs install one app, once. Plan that for a quiet week, not a race weekend. And on help moving your customer list across: several platforms in this category offer migration free, so treat it as the floor rather than a favour. We do it, we do not charge for it, and we will not pretend it makes us unusual.

07 · Questions

What operators ask before they move.

Is $99 really the whole price?
Yes. $99 a month, or $990 a year. There is no setup fee, no per-trip fee, no per-vehicle fee, no per-chauffeur fee, and no percentage of your fares. The branded passenger app and the chauffeur app are included, not add-ons.
Do you take a percentage of my rides?
No. You set every rate and your customers pay into your own connected payment account. We charge for the software, never for what you charge your customers.
What happens to my bill when my fleet grows?
Nothing. Rides, vehicles and chauffeurs are unlimited on the $99 plan. Adding ten cars changes your operation, not your invoice.
Whose App Store account is my app published under?
Yours. Your passenger app and chauffeur app go out under your company name, so the listing, the installs and the reviews belong to your business and stay with it.
How long does it take to switch?
The trial opens immediately and runs for fourteen days without a card. Most of that time goes into your rate card and your fleet, which is work worth doing carefully. Run it beside your current system until the bookings already on your calendar have played out.
Can I keep my own website and my own domain?
Yes. The booking site is yours and the $99 plan covers up to ten custom domains, so you can point your own address at it instead of living on a subdomain.
Who is behind this?
Mega Ride USA by Mega Tickets USA LLC. We run chauffeur service ourselves, in Austin, Texas and nationwide, on this same software. The dispatch console on this page is the one our own dispatchers use.
