Partners & Affiliates

Join the Mega Ride network.

Three ways in: drive as a chauffeur, bring your own chauffeur company, or send us passengers as an affiliate. Chauffeurs and owner-operators start in the MegaRide Chauffeur app — install it, join your company, and submit your details and documents from your phone. A person reviews every application.

Free on the App Store · iPhone, iOS 15.1 or later · Approval is at our discretion

A chauffeur in a dark suit holds the rear door of a black SUV open on the tarmac as a passenger and his daughter walk over from a private jet at sunset.
The job. Airports, private aviation, corporate accounts and events — the rides where standards matter.
Who this page is for

Pick the door that fits you.

The three ways into the network are different jobs with different paperwork. Start on the one that describes you — you can always change later.

01

Drive with us

Chauffeurs & owner-operators

Drive premium work — airports, private aviation, corporate accounts and events — with your own approved vehicle. Luxury sedans, SUVs and Sprinter vans.

  • Apply from your phone, in a few minutes
  • The job, the route and the passenger on your phone
  • Assignments, navigation, trip status and earnings
  • You work as an independent professional, not an employee

02

Bring your company.

Chauffeur & limo operators

Run your own company on Mega Ride: a booking website, a dispatch console, a passenger app and a chauffeur app, all under your brand. Your customers stay yours, and card payments land in your own Stripe account.

  • No percentage of your rides — we charge for the software
  • Your own domain, logo and colours
  • We are never the merchant of record
  • Free while you set it up, no credit card required

03

Send us passengers.

Affiliates

Every company on the network gets its own booking link. Share it and the reservation is yours from the first click — the passenger never has to type anything, because the company comes from the address.

  • Your own link, and your own name and logo on it
  • Put it behind a QR code, a button or a bio
  • The ride lands on your own dispatch board
  • Nothing to install, for you or the passenger
Applying

From the App Store to your first job.

This is the chauffeur route, start to finish. It happens in the app — there is no form to print and nothing to post.

STEP 01

Get the Chauffeur app

MegaRide Chauffeur is free on the App Store, for iPhone on iOS 15.1 or later. There is no Android version yet.

STEP 02

Join your company

Enter the company code the operator gave you. Do not have one? Write to driver@megarideusa.com and we will point you at a company that is hiring.

STEP 03

Upload your documents

Your name, email and phone, then three photographs taken in the app: a headshot, your driver’s licence, and your insurance card in your own name.

STEP 04

A person reviews it

Your application lands pending. The company reads it and checks your licence and insurance before anything is activated — nobody drives by applying.

What we ask for

Standards, before the first passenger.

Mega Ride serves airports, private aviation, corporate accounts and events — the rides where standards matter. Chauffeurs who share those standards are who we are looking for, which is why nothing activates automatically.

  • Your profile and your professional experience
  • Your own approved vehicle — luxury sedan, SUV or Sprinter
  • Commercial insurance
  • A chauffeur or limo licence, where your city requires one
  • A photo of each document, taken in the app

How an affiliate link works

Every company on the network gets its own booking address — a subdomain of its own, and a link that carries the company in the address. Open it and the reservation page is already wearing that company’s name and logo.

  • The passenger types nothing: the company comes from the link
  • It works on any phone or desktop, with no app to install
  • Share it as a QR code on a card, or as a button on your site
  • The reservation arrives on your dispatch board, not ours

Booking links belong to companies on the network. If you are not on it yet, start with 02 above, or write to partners@megarideusa.com and we will set you up.

Questions

Partnering with Mega Ride, answered.

How do I join a company in the app?

With the company code the operator gives you — it is a longer, hyphenated value, not the short code a passenger types, and your operator finds it in the console under Chauffeurs. If you do not have one yet, email driver@megarideusa.com and a person will point you at a company that is hiring.

Can I drive my own vehicle?

Yes. Mega Ride works with chauffeurs and fleet owners who drive their own approved vehicle — luxury sedans, SUVs and Sprinter vans.

What documents do you need?

Your profile and experience, your vehicle, and the required documents — including commercial insurance and a chauffeur or limo licence where your city requires one. You photograph each one in the app.

Is there an Android version of the app?

Not yet. MegaRide Chauffeur is on the App Store for iPhone, and it needs iOS 15.1 or later. If you are on Android, write to driver@megarideusa.com and we will take your application by email.

How long does approval take?

There is no automatic approval, so it depends on the company you applied to: a person reads every application and checks the profile, the vehicle and the documents before anything is activated. Call dispatch on +1 (954) 429-5094 if yours has been sitting longer than you expected.

Which cities are you in?

Dispatch sits in Austin, Texas, covers the metro and the Hill Country around it, and arranges nationwide coverage through vetted partner operators. For chauffeurs, coverage depends on availability and on local requirements, and new cities and professional chauffeurs are being added continuously.

Can I run my own company instead of joining one?

Yes, and the two are not exclusive. Besides joining the network you can run your own company on Mega Ride — a booking website, a dispatch console and apps under your own brand. We charge for the software and take no percentage of your rides, and card payments go to your own Stripe account. See Mega Ride for operators.

Am I an employee of Mega Ride?

No. Chauffeurs operate as independent professionals, not employees, except where the law requires otherwise. You keep your own vehicle, your own licensing and your own insurance.

What does it cost to apply?

Nothing. The app is free, applying is free, and no card is asked for at any point in the application.

Apply

Drive the clients who notice the difference.

The application takes a few minutes, and a person reads it. If anything on this page is not clear, dispatch will answer — at any hour.
